Merritt Island National Wildlife Reserve

I spent my morning along the Black Point Wildlife Drive  in Merritt Island NWR 
and enjoyed seeing some spectacular birds.

Snowy Egret

American Alligator

Roseate Spoonbill


Great Blue Heron

Black Vultures

This is part of a group of over 100 birds,
 including roseate spoonbills, egrets, and white pelicans.

And the adventures have just begun.
Later this week I will be back to Wakodahatchee Wetlands and Green Cay Nature Center.
