After the Carolina Balloon Fest my neighbor Marilyn and I spent time driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway and then a day exploring the Biltmore Estate.

In October my neighbor Marilyn and I went to Statesville, NC to see the hot air balloons at the Carolina Ballooon Fest   My first experience watching these majestic objects soaring into the sky.
